Preparation​Material Check:​​ Confirm mortar grade matches the operating temperature. Check for lumps; crush and sieve if needed. Do not use if severely deteriorated.Surface Prep:​​ Clean substrate thoroughly (remove dust, oil, loose debris). Ensure it is dry and even. If overly dry, lightly dampen (no water pooling).​II. Mixing​Important:​​ A small bag of setting retarder is inside the main bag.
